Work With Me
Support inspired by your story.
If you’re anything like me, you’ve probably already spent a lot of time digging around and learning about endometriosis on your own.
Maybe you have notes and recommendations from different practitioners along with dozens of random saved social media posts, podcasts and books. And before you know it, you’re carrying around a growing list of things you feel like you ‘should’ be doing.
I know how overwhelming it can be.
So sometimes what’s most helpful isn’t adding another piece of information to the pile. My goal is to help you sort through the noise, decide what deserves your attention now, and create an action plan that feels achievable and supportive, rather than feeling more things are being added to your plate.
Together, we’ll look closely at your story, symptoms, priorities and capacity to create a plan that feels supportive and doable for your life.
1:1 Coaching
This is the primary way I support people when they’re desiring a more individualized approach to care. It gives us space to slow things down, sort through the noise, and identify what matters most to you right now. Success is built brick by brick.
We may explore:
How to move forward without trying to change everything at once
Which next steps feel most relevant to your goals
What accountability looks like towards making the changes
What is taking up the most energy right now
Where you feel stuck, uncertain, or overwhelmed
What you want your health and care to support those goals
How to prepare for conversations with your healthcare team
You don’t need to have everything organized or even know exactly what kind of support you need yet, we’ll begin with what is happening now and work towards helping you get clear on your priorities with practical next steps.
Coaching is not physiotherapy, diagnosis, medical treatment, or a replacement for care from your healthcare team. It’s a collaborative space to help you make sense of your options, decide what matters most, and create a path forward with support and accountability.
**Please note that because of the level of care and attention this work requires, I intentionally only work with a limited number of clients at a time. When space is not available, a waitlist will be maintained.
Coaching Session Options
Initial Coaching Session
75-minutes: $255CDN
Whether this is the start of our work together or a one-time consultation, this session gives us space to step back and look at what’s really going on. We’ll talk through your story, what you’ve been navigating, what you’ve already tried, and where you most want things to feel different.
From there, we’ll figure out what deserves your attention now and build a plan that feels good for you. You’ll leave with a clearer sense of what to focus on, a document sharing your practical next steps, and a way forward that you can actually use- whether we keep working together or you take it from there on your own.
Follow Up Coaching Session
50-minutes: $170CDN
Knowing what you want to do is one thing. But actually implementing it into your real life is often where having support makes the biggest difference.
Follow-up sessions give us space to check in on what’s working, build on what’s helping, talk through what feels hard, and make adjustments as your needs shift.
We’ll probably work well together if…
You’re ready for and have capacity for something to shift.
You’re curious and open to exploring the bigger picture.
You value collaboration over being handed a rigid protocol.
You hold self-responsibility and do well with external accountability.
You want support turning what you know into changes that actually fit your life.
You want a plan that supports your symptoms, yes, but also makes room for your energy, priorities, relationships, work, and the rest of your life.
Physiotherapy Support for Ontario residents
Physiotherapy may be the better fit when your goals are more directly connected to pain, pelvic health, movement, physical function, exercise, surgical preparation, or recovery. Physiotherapy may include support with:
pelvic, abdominal, or musculoskeletal pain
movement that feels difficult, limited, or uncertain
preparing for or recovering from surgery
Improving exercise or meaningful daily activities tolerance
breathing, mobility, strength, and physical conditioning
developing practical strategies for physical symptoms
Physiotherapy still considers the whole person- your symptoms, energy, fears, goals and daily demands and, because physiotherapy is a regulated healthcare service, our plan must remain connected to physiotherapy goals and within my scope of practice here in Ontario.
When a topic falls outside of that scope, I’ll let you know and, where helpful, suggest another member of your healthcare team who may be better suited to support that part of your plan.
Think this sounds like the kind of support you’re looking for? Let’s connect.
